Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or broken, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. To initiate your refund, please provide clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging through your account dashboard. Once verified, we will process your refund immediately.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived and tracking shows it has been lost in transit, or if there was a courier issue beyond your control, we will issue a full refund for your order amount without any additional fees.

Unopened or Unused Products

If you change your mind and the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product remains unused and in its original packaging.
  • All safety or product seals and tags are intact and have not been removed.
  • The product is returned in its original box or packaging.

Please note that certain health, hygiene, and personal care products cannot be returned once opened for safety reasons.

Quality Concerns

To start a return, please log in to your Lifostep Account Dashboard and submit a “Return Request.” Requests are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will unfortunately be declined.
